Above linked word press blog is worth reading to know in detail about people of India utilising all possible resources individually and utilising them creatively to bring to notice of all truth behind acts of atrocities.

Profile updated.

Every river just keeps flowing and one day it gets merged in the Ocean, from where its cycle begun by evaporation of water. Name of a river is the name of the path it traveled. Joshuto is name of the path, life lived as living human being, a person traveled to become what one is today and the journey is in progress till the beginning of the cycle is reached.

When a person begins to practice meditation in his routine family life then another river starts flowing ie spiritual or inner journey for search of self/Buddha-Christ-Krishna consciousness/Soul.

While we can see and feel journey of life, at the same time another river of consciousness/chitanya(चैतन्य) is also present in invisible form and flowing parallel to it.
For God, if there is any, or existence or cosmic law of energy or Tao maintaining the flow of consciousness is more important so that it will reach its destination ie cosmic-consciousness, its Ocean.
We plan according to our physical world needs or growth. God or law of energy controls us so that river of our consciousness reached its destination. Whenever our plan fails it is because of mismatch of our flow and God’s flow.
Success of our plan is just a coincidence.

Studying Osho since my teen age and practicing simple meditation techniques following my routine made me a very confident person today. I attain Osho and his teachings to it. My religion also helped me in a lot of way to support my search. It is my trust in my religion and my personal journey following Osho’s teachings too that I am able to understand the essence of Osho’s teachings or other mystic’s teaching through him that is worth following in today’s context. is my effort to bring in notice of the people about successful works of a “controversial mystic” called Osho. His teachings have got a taste of time now that is a must for a person to be called as mystic or not.
People from 75 countries and nearly all religions learned to live simple life, prepare own vegetarian food and ‘enjoyed’ meditation.
In Indian people used to have separate bedrooms for men and women, now every house has a bedroom with attached toilet.
Co-education was rare but then begun in nearly all schools. Inter-cast marriage and love marriage started. People started choosing their career by choice. Meditation made its reach inside nearly every educated person’s life.
All in all, according to me, he set many benchmarks for Jaim community, its worldwide recognition and highly respected among foreigners.
He gave commentary on all previous mystics, including many lesser knowns too, and gave their teachings a new lease of life by making it available to whole world in different possible languages and in all possible formats, that were beyond reach of normal person that time.
A normal person will need at least ten life to get the work he did in one!

Like everyone of us, he was a human being. To err is a human. In my effort I will try to focus on the teachings that were adopted immediately by various religions and society so as to sustain till today. In some sense he brought much needed changes into them that people/society/religion were not able to bring themselves.
Some of his teachings were very absurd like “No family life” concept and it failed miserably. It can be assumed that he deliberately exaggerated so that we may be able to settle at some lower level, still better than before according to their level of courage. In a sense it gave flexibility to everyone while saved him from a lot of questions.
It is also an effort to save people from “Blind Followers” of Osho without any experience of real meditation or existential bliss.

Learning from Patterns of life for self realisation.

A very useful article is here shared for greater understanding on path of self realisation. Below is a link to FaceBook post.

The nature of our patterns

By Christina reeves.

For developing awareness the meditation that helped me most is as below.Osho’s awareness meditation

Every human being is destined to go beyond these patterns but the way is through it only. Awareness meditation helps to not only understand these patterns but to go beyond them i e Tao, Jesus consciousness or Buddha consciousness or Krishna consciousness etc.

Osho focuses his teachings on two main points.

First is that meditation and spiritual journey shall be effortless, natural and relaxing. Awareness meditation can be done in very effortless, natural and relaxed manner that i practiced many years and found exceptionally rewarding too.

One of the best awareness meditation, my tried and tested is as below:

Another point is Love. Everyone seek love but fail even to recognise it in routine life. A flower can be looked at with great love, with a feeling of togetherness, being in present at the moment in this infinite eternal cosmos!

Most people end up their life meaning love as Sex only just because they fail to experience true love. True love knows giving without expectations from other end. If you can love a flower then you can love everyone. Plucking the flower is not love, but greed. Same is with fish, if you love eating it then you don’t love fish but love its taste or love eating it.

Best way to understand Osho’s philosophy is to read him, listen him or watch his video because he used to express it through his face too.

On love my choicest best is as below:

Chuang Tzu said ‘A perfect man is like an empty boat.’

As per my experience, when we enter the world, study, job, raising family and achieving success in material life is like taking boat from one end to another.

Then dumping all success, knowledge and experience, that had helped only in consolidating our ego, on that shore itself and again with empty boat begin journey towards HOME gathering spiritual knowledge, practically applying them and gaining real wealth of wisdom.

My suggestion is: while taking boat from this end to the other end just keep an eye on this shore too by regular meditation – i preferred awareness and Zen from Osho’s 112 meditations. This is enough and you will come back on your own. There is no need of anything or anyone else as it is your very personal journey. If you seek help then there is big market out there for it.

Osho in his hand written letter to Mr Thakur too said something similar.

Sagar University

Noon, 25 July 1956

Dear Thakur,

Was happy to receive your letter. I was worried about you and wanted to know your whereabouts. I had asked Madhu but even Madhu had no idea.

What makes you think that a distance lurks between us? On man’s mental frame, distance does not depend on space lying between two different points on the earth. In other words geographical distance bears no meaning. It actually depends upon the mind and its concern. We can be far distant, yet close; and we can be together, yet not close.

You have written about achieving success and attaining your goal. If hope and an incessant effort lights one’s path, one need not go anywhere in the search of success. It is like a moth that comes to the flame of effort on its own… Therefore, success should not be the goal, but an untiring effort alone.

Personally, I feel that effort itself is the attainment and unflinching step the goal.

I was sincerely hoping you to come back here after the summer vacation. Now wherever you are, I wish and pray that you can put all your heart and soul in whatever is your goal. In life always, keep an eye towards ‘God’. That will give you light constantly I have informed Madhu and Burman about you.

Your very own,

Kabir te Ching – Introduction part 1.

When Kabir talks about King in his ‘doha’ or verses it is same as Laozi talks about King in his book ‘Tao te Ching’. Both are referring to that natural state of every human being which was enjoyed in childhood but lost during adolescent a age. Very purpose of every human being is to regain that state.

Comparing that state of human being with Lion of a forest Kabir says:

सिंह अकेला वन फिरै, पलक पलक करे दौर।

Sinh akela van feere palak palak kare daur|

Jaisa van hai aapna, taisa van hai aur||

Natural state of human being, when regained, is like a Lion-the king of a forest- keeps moving in its territory keeping eyes on everything at every blink of eyes. An enlightened person too keeps eyes on everyone and everything. The difference is that he now understand that just like his body is being energised by the Tao all other people or things too are energised by the Tao. So his eyes are set to see Tao behind everything or everyone at each blink of eyes.

Kabir said:

Chaah gayi chinta gayi, manva beparwah|

Jisko kuchh nahin chahiye, vo hi shahanshan||

The state in which Kabir is living, is natural state of all human being too, is described here by Kabir. My desires and worries got evaporated on ‘seeing’ my ‘self’ or ‘Tao’ or ‘God/Truth’ etc, and i became careless.

As soon as Kabir realised that God/Truth/Emptiness or Tao is already taking care of everyone and everything in a perfectly harmonious way each moment. His worries and desires vanishes immediately. It happens! it is effortless effort Wu-Wei. Anyone trying to go beyond or overcome is going to fail!

Only the one who does not want anything is real King.

It means the one who has experienced Tao, get dissolved with it like sugar in water, and Tao is real King of Cosmos or Existence so the one who experiences it too becomes King too.

Lao Tzu has written his verses in ‘Tao te Ching’ describing about this state of every human being as King. So it is for everyone to help in reclaiming the lost grounds in childhood.

Why only Kabir? The answer is that Kabir said:

सब काहू का लीजिए, साँचा शब्द निहार।

Sab kahu ka lijiye, sancha shabd nihar|

Pakshapaat na kijiye, kahe Kabir vichar||

Kabir said that truth needs to be learned from all religions or of all the previous mystics. Followers of a religion must keep their mind open for accepting truth of other religions too without prejudice.

Kabir not only said but walked the talk by mentioning Jesus, Buddha /Mahavir etc as below:

जेते तारे रैणी के, तेते बैरी मुझ्झ।

Jete taare rainy ke, tere bairy mujjh|

Dhad suli sir kangoore, tau na bisare tujjh||

There are enemies equal to the counting of stars in the sky, and his below head part was nailed on cross below horizontal while head nailed to the upright part above it, still a follower of truth, Jesus, never forgot God for a moment.

Imagine just a prick of pointed thing on your body and you forget even the work at hand!

Kabir also said:

Kabir kathinayee khari, so milta hari naam|

Sooli upar nar bandha, giroot nahin thaam||

Kabir says that it is better to face hardship in search of your own ‘self’ or God, when a person, Jesus, was nailed on cross then God himself has lifted him from there itself and assured that his sacrifice or hardship should not go in vain.

Regarding Buddha and Mahavir he says:

या मन गही जो थिर रहे, गहरी धूनी गाड़ी।

Ya man gahi jo thir rahe, gahari dhooni gadri|

Chalti biriyan uthi chala,

Haathi ghoda chhandi||

By controlling this mind to an unmoving state or no-mind state, if a person seek deeper within then the one who left his kingdom, in young age , having many Elephants and Horses too able to enter the unmoving and infinite.

A little hint about Tao too was given in this verse by Kabir:

मन मुआ माया मुई, संशय मुआ शरीर।।

Man mua maya mui, sanshay mua sharir|

In no-mind state coupled with egoless state all confusions get dissolved or evaporated immediately as you have experienced ‘Tao’ in your life. Kabir says that he is floating on it.

If Tao is eternal then why Kabir, floating on it, is going to die?

Laozi’s ‘Tao te Ching’ is incomplete without Kabir in today’s context. Kabir is able exactly pinpoint ‘acts’ and ‘situation’ when one dives into ‘Tao’ like ‘Aha’ moment in life. So to remain in it more and more very small small steps are precisely defined. Osho’s awareness meditation or all other 112 meditations helps one to choose from the best suited so as to be adopted in daily life and enjoying this material world too to its fullest.

Guru Nanak gave a respectable place to Kabir in his Nanakvaani, duly quoting him. Hence tinge, and tone is from Osho and Guru Nanak.

Human being is the most sophisticated Hologram.

In last stage ie 7th rug of inner ladder, the person realises that whole world around him/her is just illusion (above Hologram with mind and all senses too, with capacity to reproduce!) and it seems to us that we are real due to this mind only, and (stopping of this) mind is also helping to awaken from a dream like state which makes possible to take Holographic body as real!

Hence human being can be best described by any enlightened mystic of today, or past, as Most sophisticated Hologram that can be produced ever- is having capacity to create lower level Holograms using machines or technology.

Whether you are a healing practitioner, Zen follower, artist, Craft person, buddhist, Lemuria partner, Jesus follower or Kabir/Krishna follower meditation helps everyone.

Meditation is the way to stop mind or come to no-mind state that brings this understanding-Said Buddha and all other mystics through different names.

Best meditation that suited me.

Tao teh Ching cheat code.

Part 1

Ch 1.1 The Tao that can be trodden is not the enduring and unchanging Tao. The name that can be named is not the enduring and unchanging name.

  1. Having no name, it is originator of heaven and earth; having name, it is mother of all things.
  2. Under these two aspects, it is really the same; but as development takes place, it receives the different names. Together we call them as Mystery. Where the Mystery is the deepest, is the gate of all that is subtle and wonderful.

In today’s context, expressing Tao is similar to Meams.

Ancient sages or mystics gave a symbol ‘ – pronounced as AUM as Ohm in Ohm’s law’ because giving it a name is not possible. Here Chinese is far better than all languages to express Tao. To express by name in word one needs to use at least a consonant and a vowel, or a letter and a sound but it is not two too. Symbol contains three basic letters/sounds  in Hindi ie A U M.

By Yin and Yang its dual nature is expressed but it is not having any sound.

From two it became three and sound comes in picture or symbol . From these three whole world was, is being and will be created. So it is called by Lao Tzu, as mother of all.

It is not a path because path has a beginning and an end, but at the same time after seeing Tao one reaches to a destination too immediately then and there, so journey is performed too. A pathless path.

Even expressing Tao in symbol for sound is nearest possible expression of Tao, and so this expression is mother  ie ‘’ and from it all that is existing, in manifested and invisible or form and formless, at present.

1.2……..Together we call them as Mystery. Where the Mystery is the deepest, is the gate of all that is subtle and wonderful.

Take a seed alone and you cannot find even a trace of the tree, but as it meets the soil under favourable conditions and a giant tree sprouts from it – this is Mystery, when two together.

In a human being too birth of a child is under same process but there is another deeper Mystery possible with human being. When no-mind or witnessing awareness state coincides with egoless state – a deeper Mystery that Tao itself can be glimpsed, is possible. This immediately opens the gate of ‘Kingdom of God-as Jesus described’ to transform a human being into a subtle and wonderful state.

Why it is deeper Mystery? Because no effort is required to win this Jackpot of spiritual/inner world! It is Wu Wei, effortless effort.
Just you need to create a situation, like an Artist or Craftsman create to convey his message, like you prepare soil and water the seed, and it happens on its own.

In Japan the Zen people call it that you need not have to sow its seed, just create right soil or situation and wait, it happens. Their quote ‘Sit silently do nothing season comes and the grass grows itself into green.

Tao is maintaining harmony as in a dance, dancer do. A painter’s work can be separated from its painter but a dance is a harmony between two ie dance and dancer.
While we use a mobile the harmony is between 1) mobile with data/digits as its breathing and 2) battery, so without battery it is called as a dead mobile.

Meditation is the tool or cheat code to achieve this invisible treasure by inheritance from God.

My favourite meditation that is still giving me good results by Osho is simplest among all that is why it is cheat code.

Qubit state of human being, both at a time.

Osho described that his state is very similar to the ‘Quanta’ state described by Albert Einstein. Now recent Quantum computer are based on it and its unit is termed as ‘Qubit’. When a Quantum computer’s or processor’s power is 2 Billion more than normal computer or processor then imagine increase in power in a ‘human being’ after enlightenment!

It is our natural state!

We are living a life like a shadow of this matchstick. Looking at our state saint/mystic Kabir said it in Hindi as ‘ठाड़ा सिंह चरावे गाय’ means a Lion is earning his livelihood for keeping watch over the cows grazing in the field!

Your basic nature is that of lighted matchstick, you with your self. In childhood lived in that state. In adolescent age Your basic nature is that of lighted matchstick, you with your self. In childhood lived in that state. In adolescent to pleasures  of senses mind falsely imposed ‘self’ on body leading to all duality ie pain and pleasure sense etc. Through meditation we can regain the lost grounds and become able to ‘see’ our real nature as lighted matchstick. This seeing your real self is awakening or enlightenment.

Osho’s meditation is very helpful to me in my journey.

Osho’s meditation helped me in my journey till date. He himself told not to catch my words but try to look where i am pointing to, through my words.

I see a lot of followers of Osho has just got hold of his words!!!

Osho himself said that forget my words, forget my teachings and try to indulge in experience by experimenting. My words, teachings are like fingers pointing to the moon. Try to see the Moon that is real religiousness.
Osho’s awareness meditation that helped me as below:

For Osho’s philosophy on meditation:

Kabir’s ‘Saakhi’, in Hindi, meaning ‘someting to learn from given two line poem’.

Kabir’s ‘Saakhi’, in Hindi, meaning ‘someting to learn from given two line poem’.
— Read on

Kabir says that all the four ‘Vedas’ of Hindu contains wisdom of ages for today’s people.

Kabir has written ‘Saakhi’ of two lines in such a way that they contain extract of all these ‘Vedas’ combine. So if these vedas be treated as milk then Kabir’s ‘Saakhi’ are like ‘Butter’.

These Saakhi with meaning in ‘My English’ – as i have little understanding of it, but directly from heart as i feel it right, so literal meaning be not taken but the essence out of it, which is flowing through words be grasped or tried.

Comments on it will clear the doubt to some extent. Writing what is experienced is already impossible but Kabir tried, so i should too try at least.

You don’t know why you are existing in the first place-Osho

Line ‘ .,,You don’t know why you are existing in the first place…’ is most powerful according to me.

Its answer, if searched inside, may lead one to ‘real path’ that one never loose.

The answer is already there all around you, just the capacity to ‘see’ it is regained. In childhood everyone has lived it.

It is felt first time, without body touching, in other or other things and get a glimpse of it. Lao Tzu got it while a leaf was dropping and carried away by wind without its permission/will! Such is in nature with everyone including all including human being but realisation is needed.

A lady saint got it while earthen pot filled with water felled from her head and neither water nor pot left for any use, that she was dreaming while carrying, and immediately came out of dream world around.

Then in next step one can get a glimpse of it without anyone’s help!

This is ‘the path’ Osho is talking about, that one never loose and worth travelling.

Lao Tzu called it ‘The way’ or The pathless path.

While we travel on the road we see the road as the way but actually we are 3D objects and moving, in volume, in empty space above it! That ‘invisible way’ but real ‘way/path’ like phenomena happens automatically in any moment or may not happen at all.

Guru Nanak described that emptiness as ‘door’. Usually A room is composed of four walls, a roof, a window and a door. We are unable to pass through walls, while X-Ray can pass through those walls easily. We can pass through air, while for a super sonic plane – air acts as a barrier. So solid may not be solid and emptiness can be a barrier.

So emptiness may exist!

And reverse can also be true that we feel only that we exist but actually it may not be the case orvtrue. We may be pure emptiness! Or both together at a time ie body and soul. Soul being emptiness all around body.

According to Guru Nanak guru or master can only lead you to that ‘emptiness’ of door being visible or felt by you even for a fraction of second. So Guru Dwara of Nanak.

In no-mind state and simultaneously in witnessing awareness it can be seen.

For Gen Z or millenial generation ‘the path’ can be best visualised as ‘Data’. It is there in action or every internet action taking place in it but it is invisible.

To be able to ‘see’/‘feel’ the ‘Data’ even for a fraction of second is what is called ‘Satori’.
