How global business should be managed? Lao Tzu in his book Tao te ching, chapter 60, said :-
“Whether governing a big country or cooking a little fish, follow Nature’s way and no evil tendencies will get control.
This does not mean that the dangers of evils can be eliminated entirely, but only that they will cease to harm men.
When ordinary men are unharmed, their leaders are unharmed.
And when nobody harms anybody, perfect harmony prevails.”

When a small fish is fried then a little less heat and part of it will remain unfryed, a little more heat and it is burned. What is true about ruling a big country is true for a big multinational company too. It is true for a human being as well.
Before describing or commenting on this line Osho described at length that life is about discovering or developing a rythem from all the available opposite notes in life. Everyone is bestowed with anger and love, hate and compassion, sex and celibacy, truth and lie, voilence and non voilence, yin and yang.
A good ruler does not discard the bad against the good, but synthesizes them, by removing the tension between them, into a rythem. It is not about suppressing one against the other but a balance, like a poet creates in his poetry from normal looking words.
Now a days all internet based global companies are focussing on customer satisfaction. I think this is the reason. Amazon is even utilising expertise of a costomer for its benefit by asking them to answer the question raised by another customer.
Who knows that even a unsatisfied customer with recent purchase can answer positively about a product he has purchased earlier? This is like creating a rhythm from available notes/tones that is opposite in nature.
An important quality of global leaders needs to be an awakened person, because awakening happens only when a person is in state of ultimate harmony. Such leaders can only lead by example and people can follow them without advertisement about sustainability or circular economy etc.
When such situation can be attained in day to day life, then Lao Tzu says is good for your soul and Osho described it at length. -Osho

Awareness meditation (Osho guiding about meditation on YouTube) is the way worked for me, may be you too find it suitable otherwise Dynamic meditation is for most of the people. You may wish to know that the state of meditation is our natural state and “How meditation affects us?”.
There are 110 other meditation techniques discovered by Indian Mystic Gorakhnath about 500years before and further modified by Osho that one can experiment and the suitable one could be practiced in routine life.
My experiences that lead me to discover this quality of global leaders may be of your help in taking only one step in deciding to add value to life. Because everyone has to move forward alone, this is the nature of this journey.
In my life mindfulness or awareness meditation (My experiences shared through a post) helped miraculously. Along with meditation living a simple, authentic and totality in life is very helpful. It is helful even when we are serving people around us with great love and care without discrimination.

Recently I come to know that Osho developed few special meditation based therapies at the fag end of his life. He may have closely watched the then global leaders and may have concluded that Primal trauma and too much use of logical thinking may be adversely affecting a global leader’s capacity to take a harmonious decision.
Osho developed meditation based therapies ‘Mystic Rose’, ‘Born Again’ and ‘Gibberish’ for getting rid of the trauma and bringing the heart on surface to take a harmonious decision.
Woman have inherent capacity to take harmonious decision so I strongly suggest these meditations for those female leaders who are serving at large MNC’s. Or only those woman who have undergone this therapy be chosen at global leadership positions.
It’s is also important because this world has seen 300+ wars in past 5000 years, and we have seen Mad males like Hitler, Stalin, Mao etc who were not only able to rise to important leadership positions but become able to even actualised their fantasies too!
Under female leadership, I hope so, such foolishness is not possible because such neurotic female leader could be stopped by other woman leaders.
I wish to device a new term ‘Quantum Thinking’ to describe a process that is required to take a harmonious decision. (A post dedicated to describe what I mean by Quantum Thinking is posted on 21/12/2023, as tgis term is already in use by iPAC). It is application of similar principle that is used to develop quantum computer by using third ‘undecided state’ too apart from ‘Zero’ and ‘One’, for taking decision by any global leader. This ‘undecided state’ decides in the moment, instantaneously what is best when the situation arises! It is very similar to the decision taking capacity of infant child of a human being. So we need to bring our inner child on surface while taking such decision instantaneously.
